Meditation
Meditation is the intentional use of powerful techniques – such as mindfulness or focusing on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm, and easeful state.
In class together, you will experience healing sound vibrations, gentle yoga, guided pranayama, and a silent or guided meditation creating space to slip out of your usual grind and ease into a sense of calming awareness.

30 minute class with the option to stay and chat after closing.
Experience the benefit of community and accountability with our group meditation. Meet likeminded individuals and learn how to cultivate a daily practice. Session will include Centering and Opening Chant, Guided Pranayama and a Silent or Guided Meditation. Feel Free to stay after class to ask question or discuss anything that is going on in your world!
