Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is the practice of physical postures with props, blankets & pillows to hold the poses for a longer duration allowing for the release and relaxation of tension in the body and mind. Combining a slower pace, guided visualizations, and pranayama (breathing) techniques activate the parasympathetic nervous system, mitigating the effects of a fight-or-flight stress response that can damage your physiology and well-being. Creating a calming effect comforts your mind and body at the cellular level creating space for it to heal and recover from dis-ease.

Guided Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing, Guided Meditation and Visualizations. You'll gently tap into the parasympathetic nervous system slipping into a state of 'rest and digest' giving space for the mind, body and soul to heal and harmonize.
